This is a light blue hairband with white polka dots and a ribbon. It stretches with elastic, so it should fit children from infancy to around 2 years old, depending on the size of their head. The ribbon has wire in it, so you can adjust the shape of the ribbon to your liking. I purchased it on Rakuten, but my child outgrew it without ever using it, so I'm selling it.
