【Hard-to-Find Item】Automobile Romance This book was released from the library of the Imperial Railway Association and the Japan Transportation Association. It was donated by the author in the year of publication, Showa 5 (1930). It has a modern design and a beautiful hard cover. The advertisements at the end of the book are also unique. As far as I have researched, it seems impossible to obtain this book online. There is some yellowing on the edges and identification stickers, but as this is an item from that time, please understand that it is a home-kept item. The author, Tamotsu Aiba (August 8, 1895 - April 6, 1979), was a businessman who was a pioneer in the Japanese private aviation and automobile industries. In 1916 (Taisho 5), he established the Japan Flying School in Haneda, laying the foundation for the later Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport). He is commonly known as the "Father of Haneda."
