This is a "Nighttime Christmas Seal" issued in South Korea in 1999. In South Korea, Christmas seals are issued annually as part of fundraising activities to eradicate tuberculosis. The theme of the 1999 Christmas seals was the "Night Sky Constellation Series," featuring animals with constellations as motifs. These seals were manufactured by the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation and designed by Soil (소일) and Kim Ji-hyun (김지현). Unused, but with age-related deterioration and some writing on the edges. Returns and refunds are not accepted to prevent switching of items.
