This is model number YV1578Q. I purchased four of these in June and wore them for about a month. They have been washed and stored on a shelf. I recommend washing them before wearing. There are some wrinkles, but I didn't see any damage. I apologize if I missed anything. The in.T line is made to be a tight fit, so if you usually wear a size M, the fit will be tight.
