This is an Hermès Chaine d'Ancre ring. Size: 58 I purchased this at Hermès near Le Bon Marché during my recent trip to Paris. As of late September 2023, the main accessory sales area was located on the lower ground floor, in the back. I bought it there. I'm including the card receipt and the invoice.
