I'm selling this as part of decluttering my parents' home. It appears to be a piece made using the French cloisonné enamel technique, also known as "émail cloisonné." It seems to be a commemorative item, and there are traces of what looks like erased text on the back. Please understand this before purchasing. Thank you for looking.
