It's been used, but there are no stains, tears, or frays that I can see through a casual inspection. I stopped using it after losing the charm and have been storing it. I'm selling it at a lower price because the charm is missing. Even without the charm, it has the Familia logo and the elegance of a genuine product. Thank you very much! ^_^
