This is a new, long-term storage item. The finish of the car body has been confirmed and appears to be in good condition, but there may be oversights, so it will be sold as-is. We cannot provide support for any defects found after delivery. The rolling action is fair. The plastic case has some scratches, and the packing inside the case appears to be slightly yellowed.
