This is a large Entre-Prises macro hold, the "bubble" model. It was used on a private wall. The white stain visible in the center of the fourth photo is not chalk, but likely some kind of paint. I don't own a pressure washer, so I'm not sure if it can be removed. It's quite large, but lightweight. The friction is still good, so it's still in usable condition.
