The set of 3 comes with lids and can be used with straws. All cups, including those with handles, can be used without lids. These have been used many times by a child, so the condition is as expected. There are some scratches on the Anpanman faces on the surface. There are also scratches overall from use. I haven't noticed any noticeable stains, but please understand that this is based on a personal assessment. Please refrain from purchasing if you have allergies or are concerned about hygiene. I have washed and disinfected them before listing. Although not shown in the photos, I will include individually wrapped straws (a few) and one non-alcoholic disinfectant wipe (mini).
