This is a set of three vintage Pelikan multi-pens (multifunction pens). It's a 4-in-1 model featuring black, red, and a 0.7mm mechanical pencil, plus a fluorescent highlighter (HI-LIGHTER) function. It uses a pendulum system (gravity system). You simply rotate the pen so the color you want to use is facing up, and then click the top.
