It's a jacket with a cute hood. It's black, so you can wear it cool and cute. I liked the buttons and zipper, they looked like something from a visual-kei style. There's some pilling and a tear in the pocket, but I think it's still wearable, so I'm giving it away. Please wash it before use. It may be shipped folded up small. QA2
