I purchased this as a new, unworn vintage item on ZOZOTOWN and wore it only once. The ribbon and shoulder straps are removable. It didn't slip down even without the shoulder straps, and the elastic waist didn't feel tight. While I don't see any noticeable stains, please understand that this item has been inspected and stored by a private individual.
