They are padded and warm, with good cushioning. The length can be adjusted with the shoulder straps. [Jacket] There is some dirt on the collar and sleeves. *The OUTGROWN thread has not been cut, so the jacket can be extended as the child grows. The jacket has no scuffs or damage and is in good condition. There is elastic at the waist, designed to prevent snow from entering from the bottom.
