I purchased this on Mercari and used it for about six months. I always used a towel or waterproof cover on top of it, so I never put the baby directly on it. After home cleaning, I stored it at home. During washing, half of the large tag on the back came off. Also, one of the tags attached to the zipper hardware on top was originally missing when I purchased it. There is some wear and tear, but overall it's in good condition, and I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains that are very concerning.
