After purchase, the following oil maintenance was performed. They have been stored in a cupboard since then. These are very beautiful pieces with a strong presence, but I haven't been able to use them much and they've been sitting in the cupboard, so I'd like to pass them on to someone who can make good use of them. −−−−−− 〈About Caring for the Dishes〉 ・Since there is no glaze, after purchase, apply oil (odorless oil, canola oil recommended) to the surface of the dish, let it dry, and then wash with a neutral detergent before use. Coating with oil once will prevent staining.
