This is an original video animation (OVA) VHS video tape of the manga "Shonen Ashibe" by Hiromi Morishita, released by Pony Canyon in 1991. This is one tape containing volumes 1 through 5, found in the back of a closet. "Shonen Ashibe" was also broadcast as a TV animation during the same period. Chika Sakamoto voiced Ashibe in the TV anime version, but Minami Takayama voiced him in the OVA version. It is unopened, still in its shrink wrap.
