It comes with the box, but the shrink wrap (outer vinyl) is missing. As shown in the images, there is some wear and tear, likely from being kicked around a bit, as it was when I purchased it. Also, I do not smoke, but I felt a slight smell of tobacco when I smelled the ball directly, possibly because the previous owner was a smoker. (It might be the original smell of the ball.) Also, this might be original, but since it's old, it feels a bit sticky, and there may be some discoloration due to aging. *The box is included, but it has damage and dents as shown in the images. *I inflated it when listing it, but since it's old, I don't know if it will hold up for practical use. Everything in the images is included. I will pack it in a recycled cardboard box for shipping, as there is no special box.
