Originally, I think they were handles or something for furniture decorations, but I liked the plant patterns and bought them at a flea market. A friend who enjoys crafts attached pins to them, making them into brooches. They're lightweight! Since they are handmade by an amateur, there may be some glue overflow on the pin attachments.
