This item belonged to an acquaintance who was a JNR (Japanese National Railways) employee. It has been stored at home for a long time. The label is embroidered and has a name written on it. There are no tears or stains, but there is some fraying on the edge of the lining. The fabric is in good, sturdy condition. Please forgive slight measurement errors as I am an amateur.
