This is a flare skirt from FRAY I.D. Made of thin fabric, it's perfect for summer, but can also be worn in spring and autumn. There is a small stain on the front (see image 3). The back has an elastic waistband. The color is brighter than in the photos, feeling more like a vitamin color.
