This is a Handy Truer. I believe it's made by Eagle Racing, but I'm not sure of the details. The build quality is solid. I used it to chamfer the tires for 1/12 scale racing. I used it with Yokomo wheels (current models) and Square wheels, so it should be compatible with most wheels, unless they have large holes like the old Kawada wheels. It's powered by a 7.2V battery with a Tamiya connector. I've confirmed its operation for this listing. (I'm sorry, but the battery is not included as it's a prohibited item.) I'm also including a Mighty Gripper V3 in yellow, with about 50-60% remaining. I stored it in a dark place for about a year after purchase, and I transferred it to a separate container when using it, so it's clean. I'm selling this because I'm getting out of large-scale RC cars. You can easily set up a 1/12 scale car by combining it with Kawada roll-type tires. No returns or exchanges.
