I don't think I wore them even 10 times. Unfortunately, they were too heavy for me, and walking became painful, so I couldn't wear them regularly. After that, they were left in the shoe box for a long time. The blue insoles are probably not the default ones, and I think I put in commercially available ones, but I don't remember exactly. In my amateur opinion, the soles still have plenty of life left and don't look worn out. However, they are used shoes, so there are some scratches and dirt.
