When shipping, I will take it out of the blister pack, wrap it in bubble wrap, and send it. For an additional 300 yen, I will send it with the blister pack. (I don't really recommend this because there are traces of tape on the blister pack's backing.) It wasn't played with very often, and there are no particularly noticeable scratches, but I can add photos, so please comment if you'd like. Shipping costs can be discounted for bulk purchases.
