The film has been on it the whole time, but since it's a used item, please understand and make your judgment accordingly. There is a scratch on the camera part, but I didn't notice it until this listing, as I thought it was still taking pictures without any problems. I've included photos of the camera taking pictures. I used it without any issues for watching videos and sending emails, but I've purchased a new model and haven't been using this one, so I'm listing it in hopes that someone else can use it. I used it with a SIM card, but I've removed it and initialized the device. Cellular model, SIM-free. Storage capacity: 512GB Functional defects: None
