It's new with tags, and the original price was listed as 15,000 yen (see photo). The material is listed as "Spl 100%", details are unknown, but it has a slightly stiff and firm texture. It has a feel more like linen or a linen blend rather than soft cotton. In the first photo, the folded fabric shows the reverse side folded outwards. The second photo shows the correct pattern side.
