Since it's from Pet Paradise, the fabric and construction are beautiful and well-made. I bought this just to take photos of my dog. I put it on once, took photos, and then stored it in my dog's closet. It's not new, and since it was worn by a long-haired, fluffy Spitz, there may be some small stains that I might have missed.
