While inheriting techniques passed down through generations, they are also exploring new directions. In recent years, they have expanded beyond obi (sash) production, holding exhibitions of obi and kimono in collaboration with the famous painter Fuyuko Matsui. They have also partnered with the fashion brand United Arrows to create custom-made kimonos and men's yukata (summer kimono). They create obi using gold leaf and platinum leaf threads, as well as obi incorporating materials like emeralds. Please enjoy the exquisite weaving and design with meticulous expression and technique.
