This is a mount adapter with a helicoid. It's the light type with 5mm of extension, but it allows for close-up focusing, making it very useful. I'm selling it because I switched to a different one. Lens side → Leica M Body side → Sony E There are some signs of use and minor scratches, but the helicoid functions smoothly without any problems.
