I kept these in a file and stored them in a closet. I'm selling them to organize my collection. They're from over 20 years ago, but I think they're in good condition. The back of the sticker has a campaign application deadline of March 31, 1999, so I believe they're from around that time. It seems you could apply for the campaign if you peeled the sticker and won, but the deadline has passed. Since they are old, I don't know how the adhesive will hold up.
