Purchased this year at a Max Mara outlet. It's genuine leather. Used only a few times and is relatively clean, but there's a problem with the zipper. Of the two zippers, one doesn't close properly. The other one closes fine. There are three inner pockets, one of which has a zipper. It comes with a shoulder strap.
