These are NIKE baby sneakers. Size is 12cm. Although it's labeled 12cm, the fit is quite large. My daughter wore them when she was 13cm and even up to 13.5cm. So, I think they would be suitable for children around 13cm. *This is based on my personal experience, so individual results may vary.
