This is a multifunction printer that can print, make double-sided copies, and scan. The power turns on, but an error message appears: "The print head type is different. Please install the correct print head." I have always used genuine ink, but there is a possibility that using compatible ink for two colors caused the problem. I replaced them with genuine ink, but the error did not disappear. There are videos on YouTube with solutions, so please consider this if you are able to fix it yourself. It seems that removing the ink can cause it to dry out and clog, so I plan to ship it with the ink cartridges installed, but I'm not sure if this is correct. I will specify "fragile" and "handle with care" when shipping, if possible, but I cannot be held responsible for any ink leakage during shipping. If you prefer to have the ink removed for shipping, please contact me in advance and I will accommodate your request. Two colors were just replaced with new cartridges, and the other colors still had ink remaining, but I cannot confirm the remaining ink levels due to the error. Thank you for your understanding.
