This is a jacket, possibly from my mother (or grandmother). I think it originally came with a skirt, but this is just the jacket. It's unlined, and the back and sleeves are sheer. The front has multiple layers. The shoulder pads are hand-stitched, so I think they can be removed. I'm sorry it's wrinkled.
