I bought this new from ZOZOTOWN last year. I've only worn it once. It's a skirt that falls above the knee, so it's best to wear something underneath that you don't mind showing. There are two ribbons attached to the flounces of the skirt, but they are removable. I think it's a trendy, Korean-style piece of clothing.
