This is tour merchandise purchased during Denki Groove's 1994 Tanpopo Tour. I believe it can also be used as a float. As it's over 30 years old, I think there are very few of these still in existence. Therefore, you probably won't find it on Mercari or similar platforms. This is a must-have for core Denki Groove collectors who want to complete their collection. It has been opened, but it was folded and stored in a warehouse for about 27 years.
