This is a Wari-Cor Ricky Kewpie soft vinyl doll. It's a piggy bank doll. The clothes have been washed, but they are slightly yellowed as shown in the photos. There is also a little bit of dirt on the cheeks (photo 3). The arms can be moved. The clothes can be taken off, so you can enjoy changing outfits.
