Regarding usage, we assume that you will remove the pad from your training equipment and clamp the edges of the seat, then tighten it again. If you wish, we can make it with Velcro sewn on. You can attach the Velcro's hook side to the back of the pad with a stapler, etc., and then match it with the loop side attached to the seat.
