It made a huge difference in the strain and fatigue on my body, and it was so convenient and I loved it so much that I couldn't have managed without it. I also purchased the separately sold single shoulder strap, which quickly transforms it into a baby carrier, so I could have both hands free for shopping or other activities during long periods of carrying or when the child fell asleep. It has storage, so you can fold it up and store it easily when not in use. It was easy to put the child in and take them out, and the simple design meant that both parents could use it without worrying about what they were wearing. The side zip pocket and mesh pocket were also very useful for storing small items.
