This is a Greco budget brand, Westminster, Stratocaster type, SE420N (estimated). Probably made in 1976. Since it's not made of Luan or Sen, it's probably an SE420. The neck is a maple cap. The body is listed in the catalog as 2-piece agathis, but according to my father, who works in the import of wood, it looks like alder. Well, take this with a grain of salt. Playability is good. The truss rod turns. The pickups have been replaced with '69-style ones. They sound gritty and good. The tuners have also been replaced. The selector switch is 3-way.
