This is a hot curler from Seiko S-Yard Co., Ltd. I bought it a while ago and used it a few times, but haven't used it since. I've confirmed that it works by putting in a new battery. The light on the tip is supposed to turn on when it heats up, but it doesn't, so please be aware of that. It heats up in about a minute. I will send it with the battery inside. It uses one AAA battery. I think it's in good condition, but there are some inconspicuous scratches on the cover lid. Please purchase only if you understand the above.
