Bach 42A GL Selected Item Purchased new from Yamano Music in 2018. Carrying case has had backpack-style hardware added. One strap is included. The "42A" is characterized by its Hagmann valve, which replaces the traditional rotary valve of the 42B model. The Hagmann valve uses a cylindrical shaft that rotates to switch the airflow, with a tube running through it like a piston valve. Compared to conventional rotary valves, the airflow is smoother, providing a comfortable playing experience not only when using the F-attachment but also during normal playing. The playing feel provided by the Hagmann valve and the pure, bright sound of Bach are the charms of this instrument. There are few scratches and little lacquer wear, making it a beautiful item.
