I've used it for about 4 months. There are no noticeable stains or dirt. The cushion case has some tears and dirt, but it should be fine for carrying around. No belt. Since it's not fragile, I plan to ship it with a spare cover inside the case. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details, as it has been stored at home.
