This is the insole that originally came with Mizuno spikes. I purchased a separate insole and replaced it immediately, so this one is unused. Size → For 20.5 - 21.5. (This is the one that came with the 21.5cm spikes I purchased.) Even with shoes of the same size, it may not fit if the spikes themselves have shrunk slightly due to getting wet or being washed. ⇦ This is based on actual experience in my household. In that case, please adjust the size by cutting it to fit. I am selling this to those who are looking for a replacement, as the toe area tends to become thin or tear easily.
