Unused item, only taken out of the box. The JUKI box has been disposed of, so it will be packed and shipped in a different box. The thread is already in place for easy use (it was like this when it arrived from the manufacturer). Although it is new, the power has been confirmed to be working. All accessories are included. Since it is new and unused, there are no scratches, stains, or discoloration.
