This is a Tartine et Chocolat dress. I wore it a few times for outings. The size is indicated as 70-80, but I think it was closer to 70. It's corduroy-style. It's originally a dusty pink color, and in addition to that, it has a slightly muted look characteristic of corduroy, but I think it's still cute and wearable.
