Purchased at Akachan Honpo. Used a few times on a stroller for summer walks. Requires two AA batteries. I haven't changed them yet, but they still work. There is no noticeable damage to the item, but there may be some minor scratches. They are not very noticeable. No oscillation. It's quiet because it's for babies. No wind speed adjustment. One setting only. The airflow is appropriate for babies. Please refer to the images for the size. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box via courier service.
