The chronograph model can measure up to 1/1000th of a second. Bulova's Precisionist, despite being quartz, has a second hand that moves smoothly like a mechanical watch, making it enjoyable to watch. This is a high-performance, high-precision movement developed by Citizen, Bulova's parent company, which achieves a sweep second hand while maintaining an accuracy of 10 seconds per year.
