This item is over 10 years old. I have worn it several times, but as far as I can see, there is no noticeable pilling or significant damage to the fabric. It's a GLOBAL WORK flared summer culotte. It has an elastic waistband (elastic only in the back) and comes with a petticoat, so it can be worn on its own. If you're concerned about getting cold from air conditioning, you can wear some short spats underneath because of the flared design. The color is navy blue, and the polka dots are of varying sizes. I think it's easy to match with T-shirts and blouses. It has wrinkles because it was folded for storage, but it should be fine after washing. The length is about 45 cm (from the top of the elastic waistband to the hem). Please forgive any errors due to amateur measurements.
