Purchased from Kahiko (a hula shop). Brown floral flared skirt. It's convenient because it has an elastic waistband. There's no product tag, so I'm not sure, but I think the material is cotton. I'm selling this to organize my belongings because I have too many of these types of items. No price reduction.
